Wally Omar

Wally Omar is the Director of Structural Heart Interventions for Northwell Health, Eastern Region. He received his training in Interventional Cardiology and Structural Heart Diseases from Beth Israel Deaconess, where he was an instructor at Harvard Medical School. He serves as an editor for the American Journal of Cardiology and is on faculty at the BAIM Institute for Clinical Research, formerly Harvard Clinical Research Institute. His own research is centered around long-term outcomes of structural heart interventions. He has a passion for an innovation and is an enroller in various clinical trials in the coronary and structural spaces.
