Roosha Parikh, MD, FACC, FASE, FSCCT, FSCMR, FASNC, RPVI is an Assistant Professor of medicine, cardiologist specializing in advanced cardiovascular imaging and associate program director of the cardiovascular imaging fellowship at St. Francis Hospital and Heart Center. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Foundation, followed by a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Dr. Parikh further underwent a 2 year advanced cardiovascular imaging fellowship at a high volume center Houston Methodist Hospital (Debakey Heart and Vascular Center), where she trained in cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, advanced and interventional echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology with board certification in all of these modalities. With her comprehensive training she is an expert in coronary imaging and multimodality imaging approach to valvular disease and structural heart disease and interventions. She is passionate about multimodality imaging approach to cardiovascular disease to help with cost effective testing, quality improvement and helping chose the right testing modality for the right patient. Dr. Parikh has been faculty and invited speaker at national and international meeting including ACC, ASE, SCCT, SCMR, TCT and others.
