Michael S. Lee, MD, FACC, FSCAI, is an interventional cardiologist and Associate Professor of Medicine at the UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Lee has published over 110 peer-reviewed research articles, over 70 of which as first author. Dr. Lee has first-authored original, peer-reviewed research articles in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, Journal of the American College of Cardiology: Cardiovascular Interventions, Annals of Thoracic Surgery, American Journal of Cardiology, EuroIntervention, Journal of Endovascular Therapy, and International Journal of Cardiology. He was the first author for the State of the Art articles in JACC Interventions for Saphenous Vein Graft Intervention and PCI for patients with acute myocardial infarction secondary to unprotected left main disease. He is one of the world’s authorities in orbital atherectomy and the treatment of cardiac allograft vasculopathy.
