Jeremy Mazurek, MD, has joined Catholic Health as System Director of Advanced Heart Failure. Dr. Mazurek will take the lead in building a heart failure program across Catholic Health, working closely with the expert cardiologists at our hospitals and Ambulatory Care hubs. His own practice, now based on the campus of St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center, specializes in both heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. Dr. Mazurek is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology.
