Gilles Lemesle

Pr Gilles Lemesle is an interventional cardiologist at the university hospital of Lille (France). He is the head of the intensive cardiac care unit since 2022. He is member of the FACT Group (French Alliance for Cardiovascular Trials) and of the research group of the French Society of Cardiology (GRRC: Groupe de Reflexion en Recherche Cardiovasculaire) since 2013. He is the President of the GRRC Group since 2024. He is also member of the French Society of Cardiology (SFC: Société Française de Cardiologie) and of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC). His research is focused on thrombosis and anti-thrombotic management in the field of coronary artery disease and myocardial infarction. He has published more than 200 articles (Pubmed) including more than 45 as first author. He is affiliated to INSERM U1011 (Lille, France).
